Fu and Torune, they are devious enough to sit back while everyone else fights, and if everyone does the same and it boils down to a deadly hide and seek game, their ability to instagib, control, and scout give them a serious edge.

Kankuro and Temari. I think people are so used to them that they are getting underrated. Darui is probably the strongest ninja, but unfortunately Shee is like Iruka level.

Kankuro and Temari win for obvious reasons. Since this is a free-for-all Temari can use kiri kiri mae with impunity killing a lot of bodyguards or at least wounding them. Kankuro can than go onto using poison gas which is blown into the enemy's faces by Temari. This would finish off everyone else. Darui/Shee and Fu/Torune would come in second and third place respectively.

The sand siblings may not be the strongest, although I think they are, but AoE attacks are what wins free-for-all battles.

True, didn't even think of that. Temari is really the key here. She makes the sand siblings a very annoying choice to attack since she can blow most jutsus back at the user. I would + rep but I apparently already gave u + rep in another thread and am not allowed to + rep u for a while.
