[Serpent]

I will be using my Hei bio (Legends Endure) in Sig, I am wearing my Mask and Vest weight, as well as the Legendary Dollmaster's Blade on my back.

When under cover hei wears a special mask, made out of an extremely light, but strong material (Same as Tobi's) attached to the inside of the mask is a breathing apparatus, this works to protect him from poisonous gases and to pull oxygen from water, allowing him to stay under for suspended periods of time.

Hei has been training for years in an Vest weight, this allows him to achieve speeds beyond that that of the norm. during battle, He is able to unbound the vest quickly.

Description: Quick fingers and an eye for detail were the Dollmaster's trademarks. But only once did he use his skills to create a weapon. This was the result, as colossal as his dolls were delicate. In a small town once known as "Arashi" lived a man known as the Dollmaster, he was well known for his craftsmanship, building and designing anything from furniture to houses but nothing compared to his Dolls, every single doll different in detail from it's previous. ranging in sizes and styles. Over the years he made thousands of Dolls, all made for his private collection. Every year during the week long "Festival of Lights". The Dollmaster placed is Dolls out on display to shine under the fireworks. After seeing the delicate Dolls, the Leader of the Clan admired his craftsmanship and asked the Dollmaster to make a Sword for him. Although the Dollmaster had never made a sword, he was excited to take on the challenge. Over the fallowing weeks, the Dollmaster spent most of his time on the sword, he crafted an unique blade. Upon finishing it's final details. the Dollmaster was killed by having his thought slit, his blood spilling out over the blade, his body lied bleeding out over the blade for weeks until he was found his his workshop under his home. it is not known why the Dollmaster was assassinated. Later, after the creation of Kumogakure, the remaining Dollmaster's Dolls where collected and put on display in a museum, his sword was placed as his most regarded piece of work and held as his clansmen's most prize treasure
Abilities Notes:
-Because of the Blood absorbed from the Dollmaster, this blade gained his chakra, allowing for stronger use of his clans KG, Storm Release.
-The Style of it's blade, is unique as it is a chain blade, allowing it's wielder to extend it's reach and un-extend it's reach up to a Mid Range area.
-Because of the Dollmasters eye for detail, this blade is razor sharp allowing for slightly stronger use of Kenjutsu.
-This blade is made out of an unknown metal that and never dulls, it is as sharp as it was the day it was forged.
Restriction Notes:
-Can only be used by a Member of the Storm Clans
-Can only Extend reach once per turn.
-Can only Un-extend reach once per turn.
-Must be at least S-class Ninja Rank to wield.
-Must have training in Kenjutsu to wield.

You are going to witness my true power...

As the interesting conversation of the battle begins, Blizzard planning his strategy ahead, releases his Ice chakra to make it snow. But not just ordinary snow, he also activated the Glazed Black Ice Intrusion technique to make the following technique black, hence making the snow black.

[Hyouton: Kuroi Yuki] Ice Release: Black Snow Technique

Damage: +10 to all jutsu made from Black Snow
Description: This technique is formed as a result of the user having used Ice Release: Glazed Black Ice Intrusion followed by Ice Release: Ice Technique(making it snow). As Glazed Black Ice Intrusion is a technique requires no handseal and that triggers itself upon sensing Ice or Earth Chakra of the user and manipulating it, Glazed Black Ice Intrusion can only be sensed by Doujutsu users and is triggered with the usage of an Ice or Earth technique, then followed up by Ice Release: Ice Technique that also requires no handseals, makes a very thicker than normal black snow fall across the entire terrain. The snow maintains the properties of Glazed Black Ice Intrusion, allowing all ice techniques made from the black snow have the extra resistance to lightning (takes a lightning jutsu of the same rank to cancel out any jutsu made from black snow) and a +10 damage to all black ice jutsu as a result, losing some of its damage from the former technique. In two turns, the ground will be completely covered in snow up to the ankles. . The user is capable of using the Black Snow to recreate/duplicate any Ice Release techniques that do no originate from inside the body of the user, by manipulating their chakra that is already inside of the Black Snow.
Note:
The user, can use this jutsu in place of creating Glazed Black Ice Intrusion and Ice Technique(to make it snow).
Other precipitation techniques (rain, snow etc) cannot be used at the same time as or used to cancel out Black Snow unless it is of a higher Rank.
Only the user of this technique can create other jutsu out of the Black Snow.
Another Ice user can post Glazed Black Ice Intrusion to use techniques from the Black Snow.

As the amazingly artistic black snow falls, Blizzard with the contact with earth releases his earth chakra below Hei and makes countless pillars errupt from below Hei, which are also Glazed black because of the earlier technique making them more resistant to Lightning.

(Doton: Kujo Joushou Iwa Chuuseki) - Earth Release: Destructive Rising Rock Pillars

Description: This jutsu causes gigantic pillars of rock to forcefully emerge from the ground. This is a even greater scaled Earth Release: Rising Spikes and is large enough to impale a summoning technique.

(this would happen quickly and before you would use pillars as you waited for the snow to collect) when the vest lands and creates a small tremble, Hei re-appears to the left shooting several bright beams of Ranton at your location.

Then as Blizzard is busy countering the Ranton Hei quickly makes 5 handseals causing the clouds (already created for your snow) to become more "stormy" as random lightning strikes and strong winds blow..

Description: The user will focus their chakra while making the handseals Serpent>Snake>Dog>Ram>Serpent. this changes the weather conditions into a ragging storm, clouds will form over battlefield with high winds and random lightning (wind and lightning are for show, they can't do anything). this provides the perfect environment to produce storm release.
Note:
-Can only be used once per battle.
-Last 3 turns.
-Can only be taught by Serpent
-Can't be used to set the atmosphere for Kirin

Hei then keeps an close Eye on his target..

As Blizzard watches Hei disappearing he quickly stops and does not perform doton attack, instead he notices Hei releasing balls of storm, to overcome that Blizzard quickly releases a powerful wind blast which covers the entire battlefield and after disintegrating the balls heads towards you even before you can make the next jutsu.
