Seems hokage naruto got tweaked he has a new rasengan move that is either a jutsu or a combo and his chakra fist changed to blue.

naruto really can throw rasengan! It showed him throwing one at sasuke (it hit). He also did that in the last naruto movie when he uppercutted toneri, crazy!
