Epic = Obito

Best = Part I Orochimaru

Obito is a crying little kid...
Nagato isn't evil :c

Nagato was my favourite villain to be honest.

Although Obito has to be the most epic. I'm sorry, I don't care if he's obsessed with Rin, it's his complete madness and his previous enigma that renders him one of the most epic villains in the series.

He's a nutcase; a true villain in my opinion.
