"Well these enhancements could be anything, you tell me what you want, like an electric enhancement, which would add a little shock to whatever you hit, and ill tell you if it's possible and how much it is. Fair warning the more you get the more it is and the heavier the weapon may get."

Bio: Kela Moon grew up near the crimson kingdom. Being the only daughter of her single father after her mother died when she was two. Her father kept her protected but she became interested in being a warrior. Her father was once a warrior for the kingdom but retired after she had been born. Growing up, she wanted to fight and be like her brothers instead of other girls who preferred to become googly eyed at men in armor. Her father taught her once she had reached age of 12. Learning her powers of fire and blood control that each were from both sides of her family, she kept more to fighting with her weapons and used her powers as emergency. After her father had died off illness he had given her, his sword that he carried when he was a warrior. Being the youngest and most skilled at fighting in her family, she became strong minded and knew to put her feelings aside when there were issues.
Note: Blood control is where she can control anyone's blood and control them and stop them from moving/attacking. It is a limited power as it takes full focus, strength, energy and mentality to have control on one or more people. (If the power is not allowed or not agreed with, please let me know and I will remove it.)
As of now im going to have your blood control not allowed till I speak to Inashi, as it kinda seems OP even with the nerf. But you are approved
EDIT: I read your ability more thoroughly its is accpeted.

Jack Oesuch, current owner of the Maria fleet of the Oesuch merchantry:
*Guv and a fellow worker, "named" Snot-Nose, carry a heavy barrel filled with meat onto the Provincia, into the storage hold. Today's the final day of preparation before the trip to the Tri-Point city in the Crimson Kingdom, where a tournament between the main three kingdoms of Epheria is being held. Although not exactly approachable by ship without difficulty, it's the main point of commerce at the current moment, as the nearby port cities of Uriz and Topasca have similar economic difficulties as Santa Maria. Also, the old trading neighbor of the United Island Alliance was recently destroyed, and they lost contact with the more distant neighbor Great York. Thus, only Humeria remains of the three old trading partners not of Epheria, and they too are in economic difficulties. So, this tournament is truly a blessing as it finally meant something not janitorial... or gross in general.*
*Guv and Snot-Nose manage to bring the barrel next to the other meat barrels in the storage hold. A nearby unlit lantern lies over the barrels, which is easily lit by Guv flicking a flame towards it. They then go back up and bring down the final three barrels, this time of wine, before going up. Before leaving, Snot-Nose spits mucus at the lantern, causing it to become unlit.*
Snot-Nose: "Bleh, why do you get the cool magic, all I get is more snot and shit."
*Guv shrugs as he stands in perfect attention, back straight, as Jack Oesuch approaches, both of his hands to his sides, however, they are rigid rather than relaxed. His eyes stare, not at Guv's, but rather at Guv's heart, a typical stare really. Snot-Nose shutters a little, but Guv, having been on this ship for three years now, is rather used to it.*
Jack: "Hm... everything on board?"
Guv: "Yes captain."
Jack: "Good... lift anchor, we head to the Crimson Port!"
*Jack goes towards Snot-Nose's left ear as he says*: "Be sure to wear your big girl panties now."
*Jack then slaps Snot-Nose's chest as he walks between him and Guv, laughing as he folds his hands behind his back. Snot-Nose then begins to rub his chest:*
Snot-Nose: "What was that for?"
Guv: "You're the new guy, you're going to receive crap for this entire trip. Hope you enjoy it."
*Snot-Nose begins to complain as they head towards the crew hall.*
*Standing on the outskirts of the House of Crimson is a mysterious figure in a cloak* For something as important as this i would expect him to be already be out here before me...
Kela continued to practice as it was relaxing and calming. Swinging her sword at different angles and speed she sliced the logs that she had set up. She learned to move the sword at different speed and angles as it can cause more or less damage as well as a strategy she could use on her trainees.
*Well damn, I didn't really think that would work* "SIR! Forgive me but I foolishly thought it would be more convincing saying I was, but infact I am his personal advisor." *cracks a smile*
Cole finishes working on the two objects and puts them into the stock room for safe keeping.
"That took shorter than I expected, oh well."
Cole starts fiddling with his guns trying to improve the voltage given off with each shot.
Rosemaria, hastily headed to Emerald's palace garden, where she loved to observe the various colourful rows of flowers bath in the orange pool cast by the evening sun.
She knew magic wasn't allowed as her Mother had strictly told her, yet, Rosemaria adored magic to much to obey her Mother's words.
She felt bad, guilty, but continued on moving pulling the dark hood further concealing her midnight lengthy locks, her Father was a soldier who used magic, why couldn't she?
