[Spoilers] Ep 221 - Theorycrafting

So in this weeks (or was it last weeks?) we see Kabuto reveal a special resurrection that shocks Madara. Do we have any idea who or what that was that would shock Madara like that?

My theory now is that it's Madara's original body (c'mon now, Madara (aka Tobi) can't be the original, he'd be far too old. I think Madara stumbled upon a jutsu very alike to what Orochimaru was using to be immortal & Kabuto managed to find his original corpse & reanimate it.

What do you guys think?
