Yeah, im reading it, still doesn't change that Pacifista is above Momonga, Bastille, Doberman, Strawberry etc, this Pacifista was taking on Luffy's entire crew and did some huge dmg, it took on Law and Captain Kid together and was winning for a short amount of time.
That Pacifista didn't even land a single hit on a SH, meanwhile Momonga fodderized Luffy during the war.
Where i am it's Mihawk > the guy from Sanjii's arc > Luffy > Arlong > Buggy = Kuro > Sanjii = Zoro
Let's just say he's in the top ten strongest... Most people rate him in the latter half of that list, although still, he's f*cking strong.
It's not really a spoiler, but soon it will become obvious that Luffy>Zoro>Sanji , and Zoro and Sanji are always very close to Luffy in strength.

One can be VA and still be on that level, other can be far above that level, but still being VA. Garp was VA, but Garp multiple times refused Admiral position, so we know that he is above level of VA. It's effective.
You're not getting my point. VA level is too broad to use in order to specify. Broad and specific don't go together
