What will they be like? What powers will they have?
Setup:
I believe the crew will have divisions. However the subordinates of the important main characters will be unnamed and mostly fodder. They will only appear for maybe five or six chapters at the very end after a time skip after the foretold global scale war.
Strength levels:
Luffy = God tier (Like Roger and Whitebeard)
Zoro = Top of Top tier (Like Shanks)
Sanji = Middle of Top tier (Just above the Marine Admirals)
Franky = High tier (Comparable to Chinjao in his prime)
Robin and Brook = Roughly as strong as the current M3 are right now
Chopper = Roughly as strong as Vergo is right now (Vergo only beat Sanji because of his already broken leg)
Usopp = Comparable to Caeser and Monet
Nami = Comparable to Caeser and Monet
Violet (IF she joins) will be on par with Robin and Brook
Jinbe (IF he joins) will not really change in strength

Luffy will have the strongest of all three types of Haki. And will be capable of gear stacking. Thus allowing him to use fire and lightning imbued attacks. At once. He will also be able to avoid side effects of gear stacking. On top of this he would increase his physical attributes many times over.
He would be able to use Hasshoken : due to the elasticity of rubber he could amplify his Hasshoken even further in order to create tremors etc.

Zoro:
Zoro will become a master of Busoshoku haki (above admiral level) and have admiral tier Kenbushoku haki.
His attacking and slashing power will have improved tenfold by this point. On top of this he will be capable of using either lightning within his swords (he can choose which).
Zoro will be able to cut diamond with ease. Zoro will be able to create hurricanes with his sword slashes (the force alone does this). Lastly: He will have Haoshoku haki MASTERED.

Sanji:
Sanji will become a master of Kenbushoku haki (above admiral level) and have low admiral tier Busoshoku haki. He will have even more variants of Rokushiki. E.g. he will have a mobile tekkai (like Jabra) with the capability of absorbing and then redirecting an impact etc. He would also be able to use Rankyaku (far beyond Lucci or Kakkus capabilities) and add flames to it when using hells memories. Soru will also be used by Sanji.
He can combine Haki and Rokushiki to create the worlds hardest and strongest legs. Full body armament + the strongest moving Tekkai + Flames of Hells memories + Diable Jambe. His legs will become extremely powerful.

Franky:
He will use even more pacifista technology. Spamming explosive lasers from his shoulders or eyes etc. He will become harder than a Pacifista: to top all of this off he will use both types of Haki to a high level (similar to Luffy now). He will have many technological advancements that we cannot even imagine.
Robin:
She will be able to spam clones of herself and use Busoshoku haki to the same level Luffy currently can perform at and low level Kenbushoku haki. She will also be able to make giant clones of herself and to disperse small amounts of limbs in order to avoid damage as she recieves damage if her limbs do.
She will be capable of a couple of Rokushiki moves. These being: Shigan , Tekkai and kami-e.

Brook:
Brook can use his devil fruit to take over other peoples bodies (leaving his body idol). And to communicate with the dead spirits. By consuming or absorbing spirits he becomes more powerful and larger. He will become even faster and use Shigan (piercing with his sword) and kami-e (light body makes him the worlds best user of this art). On top of that he will learn to use Kenbushoku haki to the level Luffy can currently use it. He will become faster than the current G2 Luffy and be able to use long distance sword slashes. To accompany ice (of hell) he would be able to use the flames of hell.
Chopper:
Perfect control of his monster point. He will learn to use both types of haki to a lower level than the others of the weak trio , but because he uses two types : he makes up for that. He will learn how to heal himself while in mid combat and become a fantastic support character.
Usopp:
He will learn to use Kenbushoku haki and be able to dodge attacks from close range and track down and hit targets moving very fast (even as fast as G2 Luffy). His pop green will also develop and evolve very quickly. Maybe some gigantic energy sapping plants would be of use.
Nami:
Her clima tact will improve even more , she will gain the ability to use Kenbushoku haki to a decent level.
Violet (IF she joins):
She will learn to use Busoshoku haki to a low level (her devil fruit is very similar to Kenbushoku haki). She will also increase in physical strength, stamina and speed.
She may be able to not only gain the sight of animals she creates with her eyes but also their abilities (except from aquatic animals) e.g. Echolocation and flight.

Jinbe (IF he joins):
No change. If anything he will have Busoshoku and Kenbushoku haki on a similar level to Vergo.
