Enton Chidori Questions/Gauntlet

What did adding enton to the Chidori do?

Would an Enton Chidori be able to penetrate/kill:

4th Raikage
3rd Raikage
KCM Naruto
BM Naruto
BSM Naruto
VOTE 2 Naruto's cloak

Basically if the target survives the Chidori, they now have to deal with the Enton. It's just extra insurance to make sure they die.

3rd Raikage survives the impact but eventually dies because of the flame. If Enton doesn't increase it's firepower then VoTe 2 Naruto also survives it as long as he blocks, but the flame would eventually kill him. Assuming he's not in Kurama Mode.
