Enton Arrow or Raiton arrow which one more effective?

I wondering if Raiton arrow will be more effective than enton arrow.From viewing chidori normal piercing abilities ,Raiton arrow should be able to cut throw any object with the combination of speed ,arrow sharpness and raiton layer covering the arrow.
However Enton Arrow seem to pierce and burn at the same time,the oponent could burn internally and externally from the flame enter the body during piercing.Idk which one is more effective.Sasuke have so many jutsu that he can make his main skills even more deadly but kishi will oversee these things.

sasuke can use enton arrow and normal arrow with susano without enton.If Sasuke use his lightning nature to cover his susano (raiton arrow) then it will be more stronger in piercing.The third raikage use one of his hand to produce an ultimate offense with lighting release/raiton,I am sure Sasuke could do the same with susano arrow

Enton as it consumes chakra like it did with Rasen Shuriken, Raiton arrow wouldn't do the same. Though a arrow is a arrow it should pierce most things

Sasuke has already shown to be able to shape shift his raiton element.

Chidori senbon & chidori nagashi are prime examples.

I think Enton arrows are better if he was fighting a wind users since wind>lightning but he can use the lightning one for other occasions. He has to tools to make it but haven't yet. Would be cool if Kishi made Sasuke lear that if he does a little time skip before Naruto vs Sasuke.
