I had a lady come into my office and scream at me because she didn't having a parking spot in front of her unit. We have a pretty large complex and we don't have assigned parking (this isn't her fist night here, so she knows this). So, unfortunately guest don't have specific parking spots for rooms. It's first come, first serve. My question is, why do people feel so entitled that they feel the need to scream and complain when things don't work out exactly like they would like them to. Then they start to exaggerate the situation like, "there isn't a single parking spot in your entire middle or upper parking lot". I walked around and counted eight parking spots in the area she was complaining about, not even five minutes after she left the office. I just don't understand some people. Just because she didn't have the exact area of parking she wanted, she had to be a complete B*$&@ to me... I just don't understand it one bit.
