Entire manga is Creation Of All Things cast by Hamura?

So the only jutsu we haven't seen yet and the one jutsu that remains the basis of the entire manga is creation of all things. It has not not been seen used yet. Why?

Hamura is probably going to explain how he used creation of all things to create an illusion. The illusion being the ninja world as we know it. Just like Hagormo created the tailed beasts from his imagination, Hamura created the ninja world with his.
Remember, Hagoromo created the Ninshuu world, not Ninja world.

All this makes the things that Kaguya did moot, ergo it never happened. It was just part of Hamura's way of pleasing his mom with an illusion.
