Sandaime in sig sensory goggles on

The sandaime kazekage quickly slams his hands on the ground,lowering an area of earth 5m x5m with his opponent in the middle 8 meters intothe ground. The speed of the moving earth makes it difficult to move and alters balance. than as the earth lowered, he quickly formed two handseals turning the area 4meters surrounding the lowered earth into a 10 meter deep swamp. (so 4 meters around the lowered earth pit, the swamp ends 1 meter infront of me). My opponent now lowered into a pit, since the swamp is 10 meters deep the walls of the pit also turns into a swamp and as soon as the swamp formed began to fill in the pit from all sides and from above, essentially trapping the man, and as he was engulfed and drowns in the swamp, the sandaime using his sensory kept a look out in case he survived.

Description: The user slams his hands on the ground and lowers or raises the ground in the surrounding area at high speeds, allowing them to create giant holes in the ground or avoid attacks. The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered to is up to the user and rasing earth can be done up to 20 meters tall creating a small cliff or they can create trenches that can be as deep as 20 meters. Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

Description: The goggles were created by the combined effort of the Third Kazekage and his council. In an effort to control and mimic the power of the shukaku, they created weapons and accessories. These goggles were one of those items, they were crafted from a strange dense yet light metal found in a mine near sungakure and from the denses most strongest glass in the village. The third Kazekage had some of his chakra and a councilmen's aswell sealed within the glasses. The glasses however were a failure they did nothing to help control a jinchuriki, however the glasses gained a strange new power due to the what was sealed within them. The third kazekage decided to keep them as they would aid him in battle and the covered his eyes from being blinded by the constant sand in sunagakure or accidentally by his own iron sand.

As a result the goggles have magnetic properties. They emit a magnetic chakra field mid range all around the user, the air and underground as well. An object that is within the field is known to the goggles. The object, item or person must consist of physical matter. The Goggle's can know where the object or chakra signature is, how big it is and it's speed if moving, but only if the user is able to perceive and track the speed of said object himself. This information is sent right to the user as the goggles are connected.

Note: Goggles are very durable and can take one S ranked technique before disabling, but remain unbroken on the user, any further attack D rank and above will break them.

As the ground begins to lower, with his balance slightly thrown off. He simple manipulates air currents around his body as he performs three hand seals, creating a transparent vortex of wind which lifts Lancer up and out of the hole which you created. The moment he is out of the hole, he stays airborne- hovering slightly above the pit.

Description: The user after performing 3 hanseals infuses the air surrounding them with wind chakra and manipulates it to encircle the user's body multiple times. This makes the pressurized chakra-infused air revolve around the user like a vortex, allowing them to maintain it for several turns once activated. The technique takes the form of wind currents and is concentrated around the user's arms, lifting them up, allowing the user to be airborne while also allowing them to move freely in mid air. The user has enough control to release the chakra-infused air surrounding them as a directed blast that can cause considerable damage to the surrounding area. This technique can also be used to block a devastating lightning attack and dissipate it, and block other elemental/physical attacks as well as push them back by using the energy of the technique as a barrier (following elemental strengths and weaknesses). The pressurized chakra-infused air can be focused onto specific areas of the user's body, making the protection exceedingly more concentrated. However when focusing them onto specific areas, the user cannot achieve flight.

After that, next, Lancer spirals storm clouds above the terrain, releasing his storm chakra into the clouds, he has pillars of lasers rain out of the spiraling storm clouds, all at once. Covering you from mid range and long, the lasers will simply act to shock you severely and numb your body.

Description:
The user will preform a row of 3 handseals then the user will send their water & lightning chakra into the sky. While in the sky Storm cloud will form in a certain point in the sky, from that point clouds will extend in a spiral manner at a very quick pace so if you'd look at the sky you would see a giant cloud that would resemble a sea shell in a sense. However as the storm clouds in the sky grows bigger and bigger it begins to rain down lightning beams that the user can either make rain down one bolt at a time or all at once, the beams at targeted by the user to hit the enemy or an area around the enemy. The cloud can grow up to 2 ranges meaning it can start at long and go into mid. The beams that rain from the sky are rather strong and can puncture into the ground about 10 feet. The beams are controlled by the user. They can either be concentrated onto one area or over a wide range to trap a enemy in a hail of lightning beams. The maximum about of lightning beams that can be rained down during the period the technique is active is a maximum of 7 and anything less than that to form up stronger beams. (The S-Rank power is divided amongst the 7 beams)
