There were no victors in the end and both were too hurt to fight, there are no winners. They are both equals. Just like kishi has been implying this since the start of shippuden.

His statement meant that in terms of this rejection, rivalry and this 'you keep running i'll keep chasing' relationship, he is defeat, because Naruto has won him over.

As far as fighting goes, they are both equals. They even have severed arm to show that.

This a fanbase forum. You really think some of the idiots on here who argue about who is stronger is going to stop? They have always been equal and they will always be equal. The only difference now is that Sasuke is ditching his ideals and accepting Naruto's way of things... well for the most part. I think Sasuke is still going to talk some sense into Naruto about how naive his ideals are and try to help tweak them and vice versa.
