If memory serves me correctly the whole reason he ran to the Sound Four was because Naruto was stronger then he was and he was growing more and more jealous of all the attention everyone gave Naruto.

what YOU failed to understand is his current strength is nowhere near those above and could easily be beaten to death by them WITHOUT plot's nonsense. you shouldn't put something that hasn't been proven or hasn't happen yet as a fact. him being a protagonist IS THE REASON why people are underrating him. for a protagonist, he should be at least strong as Minato by now [put in note that Kakashi claiming Naruto surpasses Minato JUST BECAUSE Naruto managed to achieve Wind Release is a complete bullshit and Kishi obviously used his ass to find ideas in Naruto's strength because if that's the level of Minato then I guess everyone here has overestimate him] but instead, his techniques are weak, overusing Kage Bunshin and making Rasengan look weak. the only good thing he's achieved are Sage Mode.

by your logic, anyone who criticized someone or something by using an actual non-fanboying opinion is against it.

To hell with plot no jutsu. Everything in the manga would considered plot no jutsu. Naruto will surpass all, it's undeniable.
As for your comment on, "he should be at least strong as Minato by now"- who's to say he hasn't? And who's to say when he should surpass his father? Naruto is OP for young age.

Um, no. The sound four were saying how konoha wasnt giving him enough strenght to beat itachi and that Oro would give him enough power which Sasuke already saw in the curse mark. So of course Sasuke is going to choose to go to Oro
