But seriously no they wouldn't know each other. Son Goku was created at the birth of ninja, where as Enema IS a full fledged ninja monkey. It would mean he would had have to come after the ninja way was created.

Unless there was a super-monkey running around before hand and when the ninja way started he just converted, but that seems unlikely. (and scary)

emna probably has knowledge of son goku and the tailed beasts. he was the summon of hiruzen you know. same goes for gamabunta, he knew about the tailed beasts when naruto fought gaara. there's probably no relation but emna would know who he is.

btw: son goku is a ape even having alot of tails (he even looks like a gorilla) while enma is a monkey and cool, but I wonder how animals can even become ninja.^^
