English voice or Japanese voice which do you prefer?

Japanese dub sounds more badass. English dub sometimes uses wrong dialogue since some cannot be translated into English. For example, Fairy Tail.

jap.........with a few exceptions like the guy that does jiraiya and zaraki kenpachi's voice........or the guy who does ichigo's and chunnin exam proctor's voice.......they are good in any anime.........but i still like the japanese voices better

i stopped watching dubbed anime when shippuden time skip and they still had an old women playing naruto's voice.....that was full retard

Japanese voices for sure. They sound a lot more fitting for many of the characters and they sound a lot more cooler that way. The dub isn't that bad but I just prefer Japanese. And not just with anime but in also some games where they have an option for japanese voices.

I always prefer English due to the fact that it's the language I speak. I like to know what the voices the characters have so I can imagine them in different scenarios. I think Naruto's Japanese voice acttress is better than the actress in English (sorry if I ruined if for you). Why is his voice as a teenager the same as it was as a kid? However, most of the English voices are really good (Itachi's for example, it fits him). I don't get why some religiously think that Japanese>English. If any one says DBZ in Japanese dub is better than English dub, I'll kill you!(J.K.)

Certain English voice actors are near flawless, such as Steve Blum, the voice of Orochimaru, Spike Spiegel, Wolverine, Starscream, Tank Dempsey, etc.

Fairy tail did have a good dub, until it got to later episodes. MY EARS! Seriously! What did they use to record?!

honestly the english dub sounded amazing at first and then it started to go downhill.
Japanese dub has been consistent and still sounds amazing

I prefer English because I think it's more immersive to hear something in your own language. Also, nostalgia. I grew up watching this with the English voice actors. Of course, I prefer it in English
