It was a Filler Arc; Rokubi and the Kinjutsu (or Utakata and Saiken the Rokubi) [Six-Tail Jnichuuriki]. It was before Pain Arc and after Sasuke Vs. Itachi.

The bold text is correct... although I found a site that will release episode 141 on the 10th of July.
