enel has mantra. kizaru has a better version trained by zephyr in haki mastery as well as armament haki to negate attacks/hit logias. enel cannot damage a man made of light.
however enel has sensory power that enables him to know whats happening on his entire island and can heat up objects.
kizaru is faster, combining precog with his teleporting.
only advantage enel has is his destructive capacity. he can probably survive one of kizarus light kicks but if kizaru spams his haki coated light missiles, enel dies quickly.
