[Theory] Enel's return short theory...

Luffy already ruined his previous plan and now Enel is on the moon. He'll come down but for what purpose? I think he'll try and become the Pirate King. Why do i think this?

Enel sees himself as a god and he considers ruling a country a big thing but when you look at it, he isn't ruling a country anymore but what would be better then a country? The seas of course. Enel will come down to become Pirate King (king of the seas). Of course he'll get raped by the first Haki user he comes across U_U but still.

Enel seems interested in that title and since he isn't ruling a country anymore he'll try to conquer the seas (since he thinks of himself as a god). This would be a good way for him to return because Luffy told Enel that he is no god and that in the seas there are pirates much stronger than Enel. He probably learned from his defeat and has been training during these 2 years knowing that conquering the sea wont be easy even for a "god".

When we see Enel again i don't think he'll be as arrogant as he used to be. Maybe a personality change like Bellamy?

I made this theory on a whim and just felt like typing quickly so yeah...

Yes, he seemed interested with PK title, and he probably came down to claim it. But it's not confirmed that he really did go to the moon, i don't think Odacchi would pull something like that. Unless, if it's true, then there's actually a way to get to the moon, and will open up a new theory about One Piece treasure and history. there'll be a possibility that Raftel the final island (people keep saying final island despite haven't truly see it with their own eyes so it maybe not an island) is in the moon, or the lost kingdom is in the moon, or One Piece is in the moon.

I believe he'll come across Luffy, and perhaps with other pirates, to be the PK. He realises he can't reach to the moon and rule everything from there, so instead, he's going to rule the sea as he views it easier to be done. Mere opinion ヾ(⌐■_■)ノ♪

Im not saying he'll become a good guy. He'll stay a bad guy but wont be as arrogant as before.

Also, it already is confirmed that Enel went to the moon. We saw him in there on the cover page stories.

It'd be pretty interesting to see Enel return, his fruit would've been a waste anyways if he didn't return.

I want to see Enel with a calm assertive yet serious attitude like shanks but slightly different to keep things free. when you think about it Enel has had more time to train after reaching the moon since that was in the middle of pre time skip so for all we know he could be crazy powerful at this point.

Enel with armament haki/2+ yrs of hand to hand combat training is scary
