Really?? You want to compare him to people like Marco, Jozu, Benn Beckman and Vista? They would wipe the floor with him. The only thing Enel has going for him is his DF and pretty good CoO. To the people that claim he has the best CoO in the series: He couldnt even keep up with pre-gear luffy.

He has no endurance, basic fighting skills and to top it off, he is the cockiest character ever created. Well, that might be a bit of an exaggeration, but you get the point.

Yes and there you just stated this guy's only flaw.
If he wouldn't be as much of a dickhead like he was in skypea this man would be Top tier or at least Yonko first officer level.

You do know that I gave 3 MAJOR flaws. He has almost no hand to hand combat and no endurance at all.

He's not top tier ... The fruit is but Enel himself is more like fodder level, but that fruit is not the only OP one ... Yami Yami, Hie Hie, Marcos, Fujitoras, Nikyu Nikyu, Fuwa Fuwa, Gura Gura, Magu Magu, Pica Poca, Op Op, Gas Gas, Mera Mera, Sengokus, Noro Noro, Daku Doku ...

And each and everyone of them (except foxy) are beyond superior to him

I was just reading true Enel's description on One piece wiki,

and boy... If this guy wouldn't have met Luffy he would be a serious treat to the rest of the world.

1. Goro goro no mi

The Goro goro no mi is stated by robin to be one of the invincible logia type fruits.
The eater of this fruit is able to control and manipulate the element of lightning as well as form is own
body into this element.
Further more it was demonstrated that with this ability he could pick up electro magnetic waves
and thus be able to hear conversations being miles away.
His element is lightning on of the fastest things known thus making him one of the fastest attackers in
the OP universe too.

2. Haki

On top of that he had the mantra (or Kenbunshoku Haki) making him able to predict movements of his enemy


In my opinion this guy really deserved the title of god.

Oda answer question regarding Enel:

D: Question!! If God Enel were to descend to the Blue Sea, how much would his bounty be? Also, what would happen if he did that? Would he rule the Blue Sea?

O: I see. Interesting question. Knowing how tricky he would be to beat, I'd imagine he could reach as much as 500,000,000 Beli. Luffy was lucky to be rubber. But like Luffy said, there all sorts of even crazier guys down on the Blue Sea. Enel would NOT rule it

Now the bounty is High, as Oda said he'd be tricky to defeat, but then so was Don Chinjao, and he had his ass handed to him by Garp.

Enel has a OP devil fruit ability, but against the likes of Luffy now, Zoro, the Top Tier Shichibukai, the friggin Admirals and Akainu , Yonko, no way is he going to win

and remember that they all seem to have Arnament Haki not counting the CoC Haki beasts
