No, I definitely don't think it'd be anywhere near high diff. MAYBE mid diff at most. That second part of your post is exactly why he'd lose. He doesn't know a think about Busoshoku Haki, while Zoro knows Enel is a logia. He's gonna get struck out of his arrogant ignorance, and it'll be a one-shot.
