This has being an argument for long. Do you think enel is underrated or Bartholomew can beat him i choose no for obvious reasons which is that he devil fruit is the strongest if not one of the strongest i mean he mastered manta up to the point where he can pin point your location and make estimation on the possible eventual outcomes.

Luffy was the worst matchup for enel....fact being luffy is rubber and I think enel can beat kuma
Just because Enel is a logia doesn't make him unstoppable for every who doesn't have Haki or Rubber.
As Love Cook states ALL THE TIME, Haki isn't some magical force that automatically beats every logia.
Also, Kuma's DF would work against enel, as well as the Kizaru light beams he is able to shoot. Yes Enel is under rated, but to say that he could be one of the strongest Shichibukai/Revolutionaries/characters we've seen thus far is proposterous. There is also tons of mystery still shrouded around him.

Not sure if Kuma does really have Haki but it would depend on how much Kuma has changed over the past 2 years. Vegapunk has probably made him the strongest cyborg in the universe. He was already badass before. Before time-skip, I would say that Enel could beat him if Kuma doesn't have haki and let's just stop saying kuma can just make the person fly for 3 days and nights. That doesn't mean he wins a fight. Enel could beat him, definitely. He is one of the most badass character in one piece. He is probably on an Admiral's level, close to Kizaru.

If Kuma was human, he would wind easily. Wipe out the floor with Enel, actually. This is because Enel illusions of greatness, considering himself a god. He would greatly underestimate Kuma. Kuma would then attack quickly and deadly. Kuma is also smarter than Enel,and would most likely find his weakness before Enel could find a way to beat him.
Against direct lightning, Kuma would just push it away while I don't think Enel can counter a direct push from Kuma. Even without Haki, the way Kuma's power works makes it perfect against pretty much anything.
The problem is, Kuma is now a robot. A mindless robot. As such, he would have a great weakness, as Enel's lightning would scramble Kuma's circuits and would lead to it's demise. The problem is, would Enel step out of it's pedestal and actualy create a good strategy to do so, or would just succumb before he could figure out Kuma's weakness?

Luffy beat enel who was at that time weaker then the cp9 who were playing with him at water 7 and then he improved, got stronger, got gear second and third and beat them.
Even after that luffy´s power couldn´t be compared to kuma so with all that, do you still think enel is underated?
