If enel makes a comeback i can see him close to admiral level if he mastered 3 forms of haki and control his attitude
This thread is lame so I'll nitpick this post.
Admiral Level? WTF is that?
You can only be able to master 2 forms of Haki, the other you need to have been born with.
Also he is adept at using CoO, so if anything Rayleigh's statement is true in this instance because CoO or Mantra is Enel's preferred tool.
Whether or not he is capable of using CoA is still yet to be seen, but I highly doubt that he would use it as proficiently as he does CoO.
His attitude, well Crocodile still has the same attitude but he got wiser I don't see that changing considering what Enel did on the Moon to the other lil dudes there.
That being said, when Luffy talked about their being beast/monsters whatnot in the Blue Seas, the only real monster he knew was Garp. This is just a guestimation but there are by far more stronger Pirates out there than Pre-Grandline Garp.
Enel is by far one of the most overrated characters in One Piece when it comes to overall ability.
Enel comes to the Blue Seas, he's going to die because BB will take his power.
