Kadoi being 100
Doffy is 10
Luffy is 10
Law is 10
Zoro is 8
Sanji is 8
Drake is 10
Any the rest of the crews total up to 24
Even then enel needs to be atleast a 20 total it up to 100 making him twice As current luffy

Also, what I meant by nuisance is that Enel would screw things up for the SH alliance. Enel is super arrogant and doesn't have anything to gain or no reason to go after Kaidou. I believe Enel, a fallen god would return and kidnap Vegapunk in order to make him restore technology to the moon.

If Kaidou has already beaten the sh*t out of him, as he might've done if this theory comes true, then it would be a big reality check for him, although I can see him acting kinda like Crocodile at Marineford. Independently although for the same cause
