Drake, still in a shadow, having no physical form, smirks as he again, cant leave the circle, and activates the circle.

Chains shoot out of the ground and shadows, and wrap around Toshiro as Drake watches, binding him to place, and ripping his sword from his grasp.
Drake materializes behind Toshiro and pulls his wires taunt, helping tie him up, and heads on his way, setting a 3 minute time elapse on the spell.

Toshiro sighs not even bothering to teleport. When hes freed from the chains he stabs the ground with his sword and creates a mountain of ice filled with spikes. He then trudges away to find someone else to talk to.

Drake keeps walking through Frozen Waste, headed along the edge of the district and the edge of others, and keeps his hands in his pocket, his string retracting to his gloves.

many weeks have past since arbraxas had fled the waste lands of ice. He now walks the halls of his hideout, pondering his next move. "that witch that calls herself a queen has been quiet for far to long now. It was hard to escape that horrid place, one would think after all that hard work to try and kill us she would keep the attack going, even if we did escape. This could only mean that there must have been something she was trying to protect, but what could that be?"
