Enduring =/= forgiveness. Have you ever wanted Naruto to fail?

He was a bit too merciful. He should've killed Sasuke or at least given up on him as a friend.

Naruto's growth is great and he isn't one to forgive or forget

^This last line is a lie :|

Naruto put behind him everything that he didn't consider the "true" Obito and chose to only acknowledge the good in him. That means that he not only forgave Obito, but he also forgot about his bad actions. I find that to be wrong Naruto didn't have to hold a grudge against Obito, but him choosing to write off the bad things Obito did as the "fake" Obito is BS

OT: As far as having Naruto to fail....that would have been nice. It would have made the series more realistic.

You need to understand what forgiveness is. Acknowledgement and putting the past behind you is not forgiveness.

The final chapters depicted their mutual understanding of each other. Pain is universal. Everyone feels pain at some point. To say one's pain is greater than the other is unreasonable.

It was not konoha as a whole. This decision was not a democratic one. It was a underhanded tactic from a select few. For you to blame all of konoha is also unreasonable.

Them select few represent the hidden leaf. The 3rd Hokage allow it. THE 3RD HOKAGE ALLOW IT. THE 3RD HOKAGE ALLOW IT. A village with a leader that approve of such method is not fit to be the leader of the village.

But then again, Kishi screwed Sasuke up. Hebi Sasuke was focusing on Itachi only and refused to kill anybody else that done him no harm. The, Taka Sasuke wanted to kill everybody.

If Taka Sasuke had the same mindset as hebi Sasuke, he wouln't target the whole village, he would've just targeted Danzo and the other elder leaders.

But if kishi had went down that route, he couldn't say Sasuke is lost in darkness and there wouldn't really be a reason for Naruto to go so far for Sasuke.

What gives you the right to say that?

You should know that family ties are not always as stronger than friends. Naruto weighs his friends and family on equal terms. It's how he is. I have friends that I put higher than some of my own blood.

It was mere friends totalling in the 10 thousands or more.

I have the right to say what i want

Oh yeah, and I don't like the fact that Naruto kept calling Sasuke his friend.

What kind of friend tries to kill you? Twice!

The selection few does not justify the death of the innocent. If that was the case almost everyone in the NV should die due to the actions of others.

The third was weak minded in the sense of making hard decisions. He required more time and neither fugaku nor danzo were willing to wait. Hiruzen takes responsibility for this. He already states that.

The rest of what you said is what kishimoto said in that interview about tea and juice.

Of course. But understand Sasuke and Naruto weighs family, friends and the village(innocent civilians) differently. You shouldn't say which is more important with them.

Calling him the coolest guy is praising Obito's character. You can't say that kind of thing if u still have Obito's sins in front of you because if u did then that would mean that u were calling a person that u consider a murderer cool :|

This made me hate him even more

You're dumb cause that pic is fanfic the quote is reffering to the true obito not the one with a puppet seal on his heart and guess what when Naruto tnjd obito he told obito to come and face his punishment. He wouldn't have let him get off scot free.

Acknowledgement of the obito that wanted to be hokage. Remember obito's words went to Kakashi and then to Naruto. Who regains moral values and lessons like a sponge. That is the only aspect he acknowledged positively. Acknowledgement may be the wrong word as it seems like Naruto dismissed obit's wrong doings which he didn't.

The one person Naruto wholeheartedly accepted good and bad was Sasuke Uchiha. Or maybe it was his understanding of Sasuke in the final chapters. That's something I don't want to discuss at the moment.

I'm guessing Naruto got Sasuke off and Sasuke got oro and kabuto off I guess.

I think Sasuke is the only one who knows kabuto was spamming edos or something

The problem here is that Naruto should have never praised Obito the way that he did. Tbh I really do get why Naruto said what he did. Naruto was flooded with all of Obito's memories during the tug of war and he knows Obito just as well as Obito knew himself when he said that. Obito was the type of person that Naruto would definitely look up to, but all of that sentiment doesn't cancel out the fact of all that Obito did. And in Naruto calling Obito the coolest that is exactly what Naruto was doing. He was only acknowledging the good Obito.

As for the Sasuke Naruto didn't accept anything regarding Sasuke. He just refused to let the person that was his first friend and whose pain Naruto could relate to to continue to go down that bad road.
Naruto saving Sasuke was his own selfishness and I have no problem with that.
Naruto never praised Sasuke like Obito and that is why I have no problem with Naruto forgiving Sasuke.

Come on.

1. Naruto is the mc

2. Pnj everywhere throughout 700 chapters

3. Same with plot holes

It's extremely obvious how naruto would be since part 1. There's zero chance for naruto to fail. Very very boring because we all knew the outcome and we all knew naruto would save the world and becomes hokage

Naruto failed when he didn't kill Obito. I was pretty disappointed because he should have killed him with his own hands after Obito murdered his parents.
