Sasuke has already shown to be able to pierce through Gaaras sand and sand armour with chidori.

and gaaras shown his sand has gotten immeasurably stronger and tougher and faster. 4th kazekage noted it was.

Sasukes speed and reflexes are nothing to slack on. He was able to close the gap between him and Diedara in a instance. He was also able to blitz Team 7. He was praised for his speed numerous times. He was also able to dodge Bee's and A's linear attacks.

as i recall, no A and bee were about to kill him. and gaara isnt a slouch in speed.

Gaaras weakness is piercing attacks because even Kimmimaros attack broke through Gaaras hardened sand.

so sasukes weakness must be genjutsu since itachi got him with it right? part 1...

Sasukes genjutsu has increased alot.

gaara is a sensor now. probably the best one in the manga since he found muu

What Gaara blocked below was Enton.

enton is just amaterasu that changes shape

Sasuke can easily defend from all of Gaaras Attacks. He has something called Chidori Nagashi that can easily shake off the sand from Gaaras attacks

it cant stop him being dragged underground and crushed from the pressure

Sand Tsunami is easily tanked by Susanno.

letting your big bad susano be COVERED in heavy sand, taking out your vision and mobility? not a good idea

Gaara cannot pull people from under Susanoo. He had help from Onooki to help him accomplish this feat.

doesnt mean he cant do it by himself. sand will still be under sasukes feet whether onokis made it faster or not. gaara can control the entire ground if the battlefield's been ground up into a mini desert by gaara

Gaara can't even block amaterasu

guess you forgot hes covered in sand at all times and can just remove the armour if needed?

to mention Sasuke can nullify Gaara's sand with Chidori Nagashi.
