He didn't use MS against Oro, Deidara, or Kisame when he could have. So much for MS spam.

This is true... in fan-fiction.

The only form of Kakashi that was better than Itachi was DMS. That's just the way it is and such arguments have been beaten to death over and over again. Take away Kamui from Kakashi and set him up in a vs with 3-tomoe Itachi, the sight isn't pretty.

If you want to look at base stats, databooks say that Itachi is faster than Kakashi. He also has better speed feats. Better genjutsu feats with 3-tomoe. More accuracy with weapons. Literally everything is better. It's funny how wide the gap is.

Itachi's stamina isn't even taking a hit here, since he was only zapped when it came to those draining MS techs. He's fine with 3-tomoe. Meanwhile, Kakashi has low chakra reserves. Latter even had to take rest breaks during the war arc, get chakra from Naruto, and have Sakura give him a chakra boost during the war arc, smh. So much for 3-tomoe.

Funny how in the newest Kakashi novel, a key part was him coming to terms with how weak he is without an MS. Though, he has Naruto to protect the village since he cannot- so it's okay.

Of course, extreme Kakashi fans cannot admit this while the rest of the fandom (regardless of who they're a fan of) already know it.

But on a more serious note- I don't consider it spam given how often the other main Uchiha used their eyes.

We have Obito using kamui non-stop in every scenario, Madara/Sasuke opening with Susano'o, and Itachi starting off with something like kunai and then moving on to MS. By comparison, it's not spam. He works his way up.

Also, those moments you listed were in just 2 different encounters (there's one more time he used MS repeatedly which was against Bee/Kabuto in the same few day(s) for Amaterasu) . It actually proves it is not spam even more so, since other 3 encounters, he didn't.

My only point is that he didn't use MS all the time and he did use it less than Sasuke/Obito/Madara. He didn't have Senju DNA like Obito did to keep his sight, but didn't really go semi-blind until 8 years after acquiring MS. That says enough. But, I understand that he did use it many times (then again, what Uchiha didn't use they it often?) and agree with this.

he relies on it heavily just because other users use it more doesnt make it any less spam especially considering the damage it does to him is much worse. the games are all non canon so no that fight never happened. if you want to tell me the games are canon then so is mecha naruto, fire rasengan, gates hinata, ems madara using rinnegan techs and a bunch of other things that arent canon.

Everyone on this site fangirls/fanboys something whether they choose to admit it or not. Some are just more direct about it.

Then again, I'd probably make the same post for 3-tomoe adult Obito and 3-tomoe Hebi Sasuke beating 3-tomoe Kakashi. It's just what I believe. -shrugs- But yeah, I definitely admit that my post is biased. Not due to the characters, just because I do think that one being stronger than the other is fact. 3-tomoe Itachi beats 3-tomoe Kakashi. Some people did. You actually did post some good feats for Kakashi... but the OP did have some pretty biased statements as well.

You stated that Kakashi was smarter than Itachi. This is a little too subjective. Not even sure if that should be included.

Stated that Itachi cannot hold a candle to Kakashi in ninjutsu. I don't think the gap between their abilities there is that wide. You entirely failed to include most of Itachi's arsenal. Too one-sided.

Stated Kakashi can see through all 3-tomoe genjutsu since he has a 3-tomoe sharingan so that wouldn't be much of a factor. Hebi Sasuke with 3-tomoe talked to an illusion of Itachi on his throne being stabbed for a few moments before realizing it was a genjutsu.

How long would it take Kakashi to see through one of Itachi's genjutsus? Would he be as quick as an actual Uchiha, like Sasuke? Would he in time? Maybe, maybe not.

Also, med-diff? No, this fight would go to high-diff if they're fighting with 3-tomoe.

Underestimating Itachi's jutsu speed I see, his ability for clone feints surpasses that of Kakashi's who needs to usually hide off screen in order to do it,while Itachi can just flat out blitz you with a clone.

but to break good illusions, a shinobi must be able to cast good illusions as well, and vice versa.

This is wrong Jiraiya already stated you just need good chakra control to "release" from a genjutsu

-By feats his speed is tiers ahead of Hebi Sasuke who he blitzed straight out with ease even when half dead,

-Kakashi already stated his jutsu casting speed is extremely fast

-Itachi combines all of his aspects into his combat with much more efficiency than Kakashi crow genjutsu will catch Kakashi even if he can break it its still enough for Itachi to take advantage of it.

-Itachi can spam projectiles to force Kakashi into mud wall then shunsin above and fireball Kakashi into the ground. Kakashi's only hope would be head hunter but that has already been reacted to with ease and Itachi won't fall for a clone feint.

Literally turn that final paragraph into a genjutsu by Itachi because that's how it may go down. I'd like a scan of him countering Obito's genjutsu though

Clearly Itachi already knew it was a shadow clone hence why he said "No wonder" Itachi shits on Kakashi in genjutsu.


Honestly Kakashi can win this HIGH Diff at best if not Itachi wins it.... His jutsu speed just is loads ahead of Kakashi's combine that with genjutsu that makes Kakashi look like a fool and just plain Shunsin speed that is equal to if not better than Kakashi's and its a close fight.

OP: This was actually a pretty good thread though nice details and all with a few faults, came in here thinking Itachi wins 10/10 but now Kakashi can clearly win, ignore everyone who says its trash you'll never find decent responses when you post threads like this

When does something become "worth it"? The OP isn't cutting/pasting an old thread. His argumentation isn't the exact same that was used "so many times" in the past (and from what I've skimmed, he has some points that I've never seen before, even if they are flawed or not).

So it can, and should, definitely be debunked anew.

Nah, my posts weren't too good. I didn't really use scans and take the time to address every aspect. This debate has been overdone and has an established winner for a long time, so I don't see much merit here.

I will say that the OP put in some effort to defend Kakashi's side, which is cool.
