With the manga ending I might as well say how I think it will end.
Naruto will grab the Chidori and have an extensive struggle with Sasuke where Sasuke says why won't you just give up and fall, Naruto does the whole, "I never give up," thing and punches Sasuke.
Then Naruto gets up and they talk and reconcile (or something like this).
They break IT, but despite Sasuke being free of his hatred, he decides not to return to the village for now, he say he wants to see the world in a new way now that he is free of his hatred.
He also decides to hunt down Orochimaru who has taken off with Madara's corpse, deciding that even though he was wrong about the Five Kage, he knows the world will be a better place without Orochimaru in it.
He leaves declaring that Naruto has earned the title of the greatest ninja (but he also tells Naruto not to get comfortable with it because he will be back for a rematch, but this time they will be fighting for sport and not to the death).
Naruto goes back to the village and is offered the position of Hokage after Tsunade retires, but he turns it down for now because he feels he needs to learn more about the world before he takes the position, he decides to leave the village (with permission) and see the world just as Jiraya did, he hopes to better understand the world so he can figure out what needs to be done.
Manga will end with Naruto leaving the village just like in part 1, and Kakashi and Sakura are both standing on top of the Hokage building and Sakura remarks that once again Team 7 has gone its separate ways, but Kakashi assures her that one day Naruto and Sasuke will come back to the village.
