This is my theory of how the manga will end and the final fate of several main characters.
After Juubito enters the final form, he will fight Edo Madara and defeat him either sealing him or pulling his soul out.
The Edo Hokages get forced out of the fight somehow.
During the chaos Naruto meets the SO6P in his conscious and the Sage tells his story and his guilt over not being able to prevent his sons from fighting and how that fight has continued over the generations.
Afterwards Juubito forces Naruto and Sasuke to fight each other, (Obito said that he would make them fight each other one day), and even if the Juubi is intelligent and in control I think he would have a sadistic pleasure in making Naruto and Sasuke fight each other being the decedents of the Sage.
During the fight Naruto remembers the Sages words and after defeating Sasuke instead of killing Sasuke he talks about the curse of hatred and the cycle that has consumed the Sages heirs and talks all about their history and other things, ultimately Naruto offers a hand to Sasuke and Sasuke takes it and finally breaks free from the Curse of Hatred.
We see the Sage appear in the background smiling as he witnesses the curse finally breaking.
They both fight Juubito, and during the fight Sasuke sacrifices himself to make an opening and Naruto finally extracts and re-divides the Ten Tails (probably finding a way throught the Sage of 6 Paths.
Sasuke dies in Naruto's arms calling Naruto his friend (he repeats a lot of Naruto's lines to him from throughout the series in his final speech) and making peace with himself.
Edo Hokages Fate
Naruto starts going into monologue about having failed Sasuke, but the Hokages intervene remarking that Naruto did save him, they remind him that it is not about how a Shinobi lives its about how they die, and Sasuke died trying to save the world.
Hashirama remarks about how the Hokages failed so much, Hashirama comments on how he tried to save his friend and failed, Madara died as Hashirama's mortal enemy and even when brought back they never reconciled.
But Naruto on the other hand ended the war and did save his friend, Sasuke died as Naruto's best friend.
They note that Naruto managed to do what all of his predecessors failed at.
They fade away leaving the future in Naruto's hands, they note that he has surpassed them all as a Ninja and that if he could break the Curse of Hatred that consumed the Uchiha Clan, just maybe he can change the world.
Kabuto's Final Fate
The manga shows Kabuto returning to the Orphanage and working as a doctor there.
Konoha 11 Final Fate
Each of them inherit their parents position.
Five Kage
The Five Kage Summit becomes a regular things, as the Kages start talking rather then fighting.
Sasuke's Redemption
Sasuke's sacrifice causes the world to finally forgive him and he is buried at the Hidden Leaf Village and declared a hero.
Orochimaru's Final Fate
He mysteriously disappears in the end, leaving his final fate unknown.
Naruto and Final ending
The ending chapter shows Naruto, as an adult, standing on his head added to the Hokage Monument as the 6th Hokage. He looks over the village as the sun rises symbolizing that their is a chance for world peace now.
Final Explanation
Basically we never find out if Naruto succeeded in bringing peace to the world and its left to the readers interpretation.
I think this would be a good way to end the series with the characters sort of looking to the future with hope, witch is the sun rising symbolism.
Kishi openly said that he wrote the manga with the message being that people shouldn't give up on the world despite how harsh it is.
And yes I think Sasuke will die, because:
1. It would be the ultimate redemption for his character if he died playing a part in saving the world.
2. Jiraya commented that a Shinobi's life is not interpreted by how they live, but rather by how they die. Its the final plot twist that matters the most, and Sasuke dying in a important part to save the world would sort of erase all of his crimes and mistakes from across the series.
3. With all the build up behind it, I think it should be sort of bitter sweet how the Naruto and Sasuke situation ends.
4. A perfect example is in the movie Spider Man 3, the scene were Harry Osborn dies, and his final moments, that's how I think the last talk between Naruto and Sasuke will go.
And don't ask about power upgrades, yes I think they will both get more upgrades before the final battle and no I currently don't have any new theories on the subject.
So place your thought below.
