Can someone please explain it to me ? Was that blue haired girl an adult Rika ? Why did she go back in time ? Is it only explained in Manga ?

And does Satoshi get cured, or is it an open ending ?

Ok here goes, the anime greatly differs from the manga so you seriously need to read the manga to actually get what happens in the anime.
At the end when you see older Rika and that little girl, (that is not younger Takano), that little girl is Frederica Bernkastel. which would make you think who is that? and why should I know who that even is, well the answer is simple, she is a character from the Umineko series.
Satoshi was kept under the hospital as a test subject, he was saved by Shion and the others when they raided the place. I'm not sure but he did get cured (being too long since I last watched it). However in the manga, In Matsuribayashi-hen and Miotsukushi-hen, Irie revealed that he was put under strong sedatives underground but we never heared from him again.
