Well, I don't think we can team up because we have to be on the same team to do so.
As Dante is continuing his infiltration, he is taken aback by foot steps coming to his way.
"Well, this time they are two of them. Did that Maniac teamed up with Frost?"
"No it's couldn't be. Maybe there are two Elites in the building?"
"Shit, but boss told me about only Frost. Who the other one could be?"
Dante is nervous as he was not prepared good for two Elites at one time. But he will not hesitate if it comes to combat anyway.

He tries to look for a way to escape the assassin. He knows there are only two choices fight or hide. He must fight

Dante chased Frost to some distance. But he was at advantage. Assassin's are trained to kill silently at night. So Dante disappeared in the shadows of that dark cold night and planned to ambush him at his surprise.
He jumped from roofs to roofs and continued chasing him. His stealthy weapons and silent killing technique will be useful in this dark night.

As Frost continues running he can see the assassin leaping on the roofs. He tries shooting at him but misses wasting his ammo, he reloads and continues running. But Frost is now in front of the rec center and enters.

Dante lost sight of Frost after he changed his outfit. The area was crowded with many people, moving randomly like ant colony.
Dante acknowledged that his enemy is intelligent. So he got cautious.
