Have you seen the end of the series? You, and everyone else, don't know what will happen. I mean, just look at Kabuto. Went from being at Kakashi's level to being able to easily compete with the best of the best. That could happen with another character for all we know.

lol I like how you're trying to get a response out of me. I know he probably won't be number 1 by the end. I may be a huge Kabuto fanboy, but I can see reason. Knowing that he will still likely be top 5 is good enough for me.

First Naruto and then Sasuke, the difference in strength being veeery small. Pretty much a reversed Valley of the End.

Only that order is for sure; after that it's really too difficult to tell, new characters might be introduced.
