DMS Kakashi should go up a tier. That guy is a Rikudo level character boosted by Rikudo chakra. He's well above the others in his current tier and can take down Juubito and 8th gate Gai.

It's a good list, overall. Still:

- DMS Kakashi should definitely be in the SS(+) tier
- There's no such thing as ''perfect jin'' Gaara, did you mean War Arc Gaara?
- BSM Naruto>BM Naruto>EMS Sasuke. Sasuke loses to everyone in the tier he's currently in, but beats all the ones in the below tier. Dunno.
- Which version of Kakashi did you put in the mid-Kage tier? Hokage/Current Kakashi is definitely not mid-Kage, and War Arc MS Kakashi is high-Kage
- 7G Gai should be high-Kage
- Sasori should be low-Kage
- War Arc Hinata is low-Jounin
- Maybe humor The Last and include Toneri as SS- tier?

I feel like Hiruzen should move a tier up, apart from Gai (Who should be a tier up, too) a Prime Hiruzen beats all those in his tier. Assuming it's basically a chakra monster with Edo Feats. Edit: maybe not, didn't see Gaara there.

Sakon is NOT a tier above Kidomaru, I'd say that Kidomaru's even stronger then Sakon. Either way, Kido should be a tier up too.

MS War Arc Kakashi should be moved up a tier.

Chiyo should move down a tier, she doesnt have the abilities to go head to head with the others in that tier.

Hizashi should be moved down a tier, he is pretty featless and Zabuza scored higher in the databook.

Tsunade can take Sasori, Kakuzu and Orochimaru with no seals so she should be moved up since those guys are in that tier.

That's not the only problems that needs to be fixing. BSM Naruto needs to be higher, he as an opponent should be at, or above Hashirama's level, definitely above EMS Madara, War arc (Rinnegan MS) Obito is about, or almost as strong as EMS Madara.
Minato is stronger than EMS Sasuke, in fact, EMS Sasuke should be lower, he's around BM Naruto's level at best.

If fusion Madara is alive Madara then he's above everyone in that tier.


MS War Arc Kakashi needs to be moved up a tier. Hiruzen needs to move up a tier. Hiruzen's stronger then practically everyone in the tier above him, as is Tobirama.

I feel like Gai should be in his own tier in between Demi God and legendary. Everyone in demi god far outclasses him, yet he's above everyone in legendary tier.

Kakashi needs to go up to Demi God tier.

Don't agree with KCM Naruto being borderline, loses to Nagato and Kabuto. He's more on par with those in upper Kage.

Gai, Kakashi, Gaara can go up to high kage.

Lee and Neji should go a tier upwards since they beat up everyone on their tier and atleast half of the people in elite jounin tier. With asakujaku i can even say Lee can go up to low kage.

Put anyone in the same position as Minato when he faced Ay, from that same distance using V2 and Ay almost touching Minato's nose. Tell me how many ninja actually react to it?

onnoki was skilled enough to drop rock clones and feints despite being attacked by 5 susanno's. He shouldn't have a problem reacting to ay. And by feats, mind controlled mu was able to follow lightweight ay, and opted not to block do to bad intel.

Tsunade(via regen), Sakura (via regen), his dad, sasori(he's a puppet), kcm naruto, killer b, garra(via sand armour),sm users(via both regen and increased durability),Gengetsu(via hydrafication). Just to name a few.

And how many people can keep up with A? Pretty sure it's only the top tiers.

Minato chose to react late(since he did the same thing again the second time ay tried it), and ay despite his "speed" needed b to save him. A teenage b at that.

ribcage is the lowest stage, and sasuke already did it despite being new to the ms, and that was from a small distance.

His arsenal is extremely limited, hence why hard counters beat him outright, he has nothing else to fall on. If the speed don't work then what.
Just like tsunade.
