I dont think you understand how Holds work. They give the opponent 0 leverage so even a monster strength person like the m3 wouldnt be able to get out unless they had INSANE strenth. But even then her arms become like steel with Tekka and with armarment haki they become like Diamond. So yeaaaaaa... Its like as soon as she catches you no matter what strength you posses she can just make more arms to hold you tighter and tighter and tighter and if you are strong enough then she can make more arms.
Not to mention the fact that she can catch what she sees. So yea. Everything.

If you are stronger she could take away your leverage with clutch.
If you can break her arm without leverage she can pin you with more arms.
If that wont help she can make her arms into steel.
And if that wont help she can harden that steel and make infinite number of arms and ya know also make as many daggers jabbing into you in the form of finger knives as she wants with shingan...

I dont see how you beat her when she can stab you as soon as she sees you.

Do you know how hard Diamond even is? Armament Haki isn't bringing up steel to diamond. Refer back to Hody vs Luffy.

You dont need strength to hold down your opponent if you can turn your arms into steel and make as many of you as you want.

Holds require less strength and more skill. And if there is a need for more strength she can just make more arms.
Her strength can increase and decrease at will. And if she can turn her limbs unbreakable.
You can't win.

She would need more strength to do CP9 tech and at bare minimum lucci level strength to do all of them.

Plus even if you can (which you can't) overpower a woman who can make her limbs insanely stronger and increase her strength in numbers as much as she wants. She can still just stab you on sight. Without moving. just by seeing you. One arm growing on head. One shingan with haki in your face. HOW CAN YOU AVOID THAT!?!?

HYPERBOLE BUT THE POINT STILL STANDS!
Armament haki isnt an additive force or atleast it hasnt been portrayed to be so.
When rayliegh was explaining it it was pretty clear it makes your attacks stronger exponentially.

Regular robin arm is as resistant to tear as a "1"
After learning tenkai which requires more strength than she currently has her arms would be a "2"
If you can break apart a "4" hold she can make 8 sets of arms meaning she is now "16"
If that doesnt work She uses Tekka and now she is a "32"
Then haki which would put her up to a "64"
And if thats not enough she can make thousands of arms. So instead of the orginal 8 arms we have "2000" Plus tekka "4000" Plus haki "8000" All while you have bare minimum leverage
