This Kakashi cannot even use Sharingan for more than a few minutes before it starts to prove incredibility taxing. His chodori is countered by 3T's far superior detection ability for Sasuke. Kakashi's Chidori is countered by speed on part of Sasuke and Naruto. Once it starts to sap his chakra, Gaara can easily use sand coffin to kill him. These three are too much for the guy.

Kakashi raikiri them fast, they can't keep up with his speed if it's a deadly fight he'll destroy them.Gaara's sand is a joke, we saw how Lee and Sasuke was faster and countered ultimate defense with A rank jutsu, so imagine Kakashi it's like X10 in term of speed and strengh...Sasuke with chidori posed a lot of problem, Raikiri will be one hit kill to the 3 of them.The only chance for the genin is if Naruto lose control and turn into Kyubi.

OT: Naruto, Sasuke and Gaara stomp low-mid difficulty.

He doesn't have the stamina or the wide area of effect attacks to do much. Gaara could probably solo if he keeps his distance from Kakashi.
