I do believe that Kishi nerfed the power of the Sand Siblings during the Chunin Exams to allow the Konoha 11 to look good. When the Sasuke Retrieval Arc came it was clear that the Sand>>Sound>>Konoha. Not saying Konoha as a village is weak as a matter of fact it is far stronger but it has large amounts of ninja.

sasuke 3 tomoe sharingan would beat kunkaro and temari

i doubt that. sakon was solo'd with ease as was tayuya. sasuke isnt that much better than them. nor can he counter kankuros poison gas

Gaara alone was able to handle sick Kimimaro (who at the end lost due to his sickness) .

I think you are kinda mega wrong lol. Having the SAME powerup doesnt really make you that compatible, especially since Sasuke can only fly in CS2 state, which he can only maintain for a short time.

Gaara however can fly/float on sand at any time, likewise he is able to levitate his comrades along with him, even on disconnected sand platforms like with Lee.

Sasuke and Temari didn't really "fight" (following chunnin finals) Temari desperately tried to hold Sasuke off from following Gaara because she knew what Gaara was really capable of and Sasuke didn't (which resulted in him getting assraped) << But that was the Chuunin exams arc, who cares?

Also in what way is Kankuro trash? if you are still thinking about the chuunin exams, yes he was beaten in a short scrape with shino. This was the worst possible matchup for Kankuro as puppet masters have their chakra strings exposed completely at all times. <Once again compared to the retrieval arc, EVERYONE was trash in the chuunin exams

Sasuke retrieval arc Sand Team is on a completely different level than they were before. If Gaara uses shukaku Sasuke will be horrible slapped around again (he was only ever able to do damage to it with Chidori, which are limited for him and the shukakku instantly regenerated the damage anyway.)

I still don't think Temari or Kankuro would solo Sasuke at this point but the two of them are much too much for him. Gaara has the wrong moveset to put Kimimaro down for the kill (without shukakku) but was able to bury and crush him repeatedly and force him into CS2 state.

I'm pretty confident that Kankuro + Temari could defeat Sasuke with time to spare while Gaara keeps Kimi busy, putting him underground like he does. Which leaves Sand Siblings vs Kimimaro.

Temari and Sasuke never fought......That was filler. Link me a manga page that shows Temari and Sasuke fighting than I will believe you. It was also main character no jutsu that Temari got beat by Sasuke so easily. Don't get me the wrong way, Sasuke would beat Temari, but not that easily as was shown in the Anime.

As for that poster who claimed Temari can beat Sasuke, well the only advantage Temari has against Sasuke is destructive power, attack radius and intelligence. Sasuke holds the advantage in versatility, fire>wind, chakra, sharingan, reflexes, speed and taijutsu. There is no way Temari is beating a CS2 Sasuke. 2 tomoe Sasuke VS Temari is debatable though.

All of Temari's jutsus can be countered by Sasuke. For example, she uses her wind scythe, Sasuke uses katon to disintegrate the slicing wind scythes inside her deadly winds. A kiri kiri Rae is very dangerous but I believe that a well aimed katon would dispatch the summon and prevent any serious injuries on Sasuke. If the damage is not serious Sasuke can probably continue fighting onwards because of the healing abilities of the curse seal but he would lose eventually.

I change my mind about this fight. The Sand Siblings take this. Kimimaro almost lost against Gaara. You are also letting Gaara transform which gives him a huge advantage. Suppose he doesn't though, there is no way Sasuke is beating Kankuro and Temari at the same time. They beat him with mid difficulty and move on to helping Gaara. If Kimimaro had so much trouble against Gaara alone, he gets destroyed by all three siblings.

All in all Sand Siblings win mid-high difficulty.

It is because well Joki somewhat persuaded me that I overrate Kimimaro. On the other hand, he thinks Kimimaro is some fodder so I don't actually follow his views. It is true though that Gaara almost beat Kimimaro yet some people are funny when they say Kimimaro would beat all three Sand Siblings. It is funny because it seems like people think Kankuro and Temari are fodders who will not manage to put up even a decent fight.

Also Sasuke in part 1 wasn't that powerful and you could argue that Neji>Sasuke although I think with the curse mark, Sasuke was superior, without CS, Neji was superior. It sounds like you found a good balance for rating Kimimaro's power, he is certainly a big deal and honestly all other p1 kids (minus Gaara) have no place fighting him 1v1. But yeah the main point that I couldn't stress enough is that Kankuro and Temari both are also a league above the Konoha 11, always were in p1.

One thing to remember about the Sand Siblings is that similar to team Gai, they have seniority over Konoha's gennin, Gaara was 12 when he first appeared, same as Kiba or Shikamaru (yet evidently far superior) But Kankuro and Temari (as older siblings) were already 15 and 16 years old (the age that Naruto appears in p2.) This slight age difference means a lot in a world where young boys go from being the village idiot to the world's savior in 3 years LOL.

But yeah, Gai's team was shown to be noticably more skilled than the younger teams (Team Kurenai, Kakashi, Asuma) and I believe the same goes even more so for team Suna, the elder two held back from taking the Chuunin exams to wait for Gaara to be eligable. (who is already freakishly powerful for being constantly on the edge of forcing full bijuu form.)
