Bad news fillers not gonna end even if its no filler month but i'm damn sure that in coming months we will have fillers XD

Yes they end but did you see the animation quality ?
They did not chance anything on the qualitation of the animation

No. Fillers will continue for at least 9 more weeks. 7 of them are confirmed to be Sakura and Kiba development.
