Here is my thoughts on how i see things coming to an end.
After Madara is beaten down Naruto will try to talknojutsu him into turning his life around. Madara being what and who he is will pretend to be listening to try and extract the bijuus from him to repower himself for another assault. Sasuke seeing this about to happen pushes naruto out of the way and is struck by Madara.
Naruto seeing Sasuke hit and bleeding on the ground will run over to him and place the chakra seal on Sasuke to prevent him from dying. Sakura will run over to start healing him Naruto pissed will then begin to walk towards Madara forming 2 Rasengans one made with Lightning the other with Water.
Madara seeing Naruto approaching him will start to attack again. Naruto looks at the dashing Madara smiles and when Madara gets right in front of him uses both Rasengans at one time water and lighting working to power each up to the extreme levels. Madaras limbo kicks in and Shadow Madara takes the hit damaging the real Madara further. Naruto looks at him and says its over and Hashirama appears behind Madara uses Mokuton to seal madaras hands and body and holds madara in place with his own body.
Naruto sees it happen and Forms a massive Rasenshurikan made with all 9 Bijuus chakra. Sasuke flashes in completely healed and adds Amaterasu to the RasenShurikan. Hashirama looks at Naruto and says you and Sasuke are the future leaders of our world take care of each other. As he says this Madara starts to escape from the grasp of Hashirama thats when Tobirama Minato and Hiruzen appears gives Naruto a smile and says finish this Naruto. Naruto says he cant do it he doesnt want to kill them all.
They smile at Naruto again and all 4 says we are already dead that they need to be able to pass on and let the future take over since they all made so many mistakes in their respective times. Naruto with tears in his eyes says bye to everyone and rushes in with a 9 bijuu/amaterasu Rasenshuriken and hits Madara directly with it. All 9 Bijuu chakras and amaterasu form a huge sphere around Madara and the 4 Edohokages. It shows all 5 of them being shredded/burned/melted and atlast sealed into Shukakus sealing tech.
As the war winds down it shows the 5 Kages meeting in a neutral Palace. They are talking about everything and everyone that has been lost. Tsunade says yes we lost alot of good people but we also gained 2 heroes among all else and id like to officially declare Sasuke no longer a rogue ninja. All the kages agree with this and Sasuke and Naruto are called in to the room.
Tsunade and A stand up and walks over in front of Sasuke and tells him his rogue ninja status has been lifted that he is no longer an enemy but a hero in everyones eyes. Naruto gets a huge smile over his face and says welcome home Sasuke and holds out has hand to shake sasukes. Sasuke grabs Narutos hand and shakes it says thank you Naruto its good be home again. Tsunade then walks over to Naruto and begins to talk Tsunade goes on to say Naruto you have more then earned this and as of now i am stepping down as Hokage and handing it over to you.
Naruto Smiles and says hes honored but he wants to pass the title onto Sasuke everyone in the room looks at him as he turns to walk out of the room even Sasuke is awestruck that is when the rest of the kages stand up and whisper to each other. Tsunade smiles and shakes her head in agreement Tsunade calls to Naruto and tells him to stop. Naruto turns around and looks back at Tsunade. Tsunade says the other kages agree to allow Sasuke to be Hokage but its on one condition. Naruto looks Puzzled as Tsunade continues The other kages and i have agreed as of now to unite all 5 great nations into one and would like to make you Grand Kage.
Naruto is confused what do you mean by Grand Kage. Tsunade laughs and says Sasuke will be hokage and the rest of the kages will keep their positions but all 5 kages will report to you Naruto. After this a ceremony is shown making Sasuke Hokage and then all 5 kages signing a unification treaty then they hand it to Shikamaru who takes it and walks upto a chair where Naruto is sitting with a big smile on his face. Naruto then stands up takes the parchment from Shikamaru(Grand Kages Assistant) and walks to the edge of the stage in front of a huge crowd every ninja is shown to be wearing a headband with the markings reading 一国(One Nation).
Naruto holds up the parchment and says We are truly one nation as of today Believe it!!!
Time flashes forward 10 years and it shows all 5 kages and Naruto sitting around a table. Naruto hold up a glass and makes a toast to the prosperity of the united nations. The kages all say cheers Sasuke is just shown smiling the whole time and then starts to laugh as a young boy who looks just like Naruto at age 5 jumps through the window right at Naruto to attack him. Naruto disappears and a log is shown where naruto was.
Naruto then appears behind the young boy and grabs him and says things have come full circle hasnt it Sasuke you got that right. Hinata runs in blushing and grabs the boy and tells him your dad is busy young man he cant deal with your attempts to become grand kage right now. Everyone in the room cracks up laughing.
