Madara Izuna Obito Sasuke Shisui Itachi can Take Hashirama Tobirama Tsunade without much difficulty (There the only strong senju in the series) Now if Madara had these Uchiha at his side during the Uchiha vs Senju fued it wouldn't have been a fight to begin with.....

In this order, purely from what they've shown so far:

1. Uchiha Madara
2. Uchiha Obito
3. Senju Hashirama

4. Uchiha Itachi
5. Uchiha Shisui
6. Uchiha Sasuke
7. Senju Tobirama

8. Senju Tsunade

Not really a contest either, in my opinion. Hashirama is a complete outlier in terms of Senju power, and all the other Mangekyō Uchiha are way above Tsunade, and probably a decent amount of above Tobirama. Although it's possible Tobirama is stronger than I anticipate, it's already been stated that he poses no challenge to Madara, even before the Rinnegan and Mokuton, and thus won't move up the tier.

We all know Hashirama is stronger than Itachi.
But 1 thing we need to consider is how does Hashirama counter-attack Tsukuyomi?
How about Shisui Genjutsu which is stronger than Itachi's - Kotoamatsukami?
For all we know those genjutsu are seriously OP. Also Itachi a skilled genjutsu user himself will know how to get out of BoD...
