I have one doubt...
The EMS of Madara, he has to activate it, or he lives with it as his normal eye??

I'm new and i don't know this

i dont think he can activate it any more =/ he did say that he was incomplete or is a shell of his former self. may be he lost the EMS and needs the juubi to bring back
