im starting to think that ems is just an ocular power up that enables the user to freely spam eye techs without the worry of going blind, with the exception of inazangi (however u spell it)

let me rephrase, i think having EMS only allows user not to go blind.
we havent seen not one "EMS" tech from sasuke in the battle with kabuto yet

Itachi said that EMS unlocks 4th keleidoscope technique, next to Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu and Ssusano'o.

yes i know this already but the only ability EMS is known to have in the manga so far is negating blindness.
there COULD be new jutsus and watnots that come with it as well but we havent seen one YET.
