Rinnengan obviously, but you're more powerful if you awaken the MS and transplant another MS to gain EMS and then implant Senju DNA to get Rinnengan. You're much more powerful doing that process, Nagato had only Rinnengan and his abilities were limited due to those not being his eyes.

Sharingan, MS, EMS, Rinnengan, gives you access to unique dojutsu, PS etc etc.

The DNA is what gives you the Rinne. If you just had their chakra then you'd soon exhaust it and lose your Rinne. Their DNA tells your body to produce their chakra alongside your own (uchiha chakra).​

So with your logic madara could have implanted tobiram dna n got rinnegan ? I don't think so . It is only mixing ashura n Indra charka together. Not just any Senju n uchiha it's specifically Indra n ashura host who can achieve rinnegan.

Double Mangekyou Sharingan- Kamui that Kakashi used during the last fight against Kaguya, PROVED that that shit will be relevant forever. And not only that, it was extremely powerful, and the final uncounterable attack that staggered Kaguya enough to just be touched and sealed. And that was just regular MS used! >>>Not eternal<<<.

If you consider Sasuke's EMS or Madara's, or even Itachi's... then yeah. Rinnegan will most likely win (unless Koto is used, but that is kind of a weird outlier)

If Obito had both eyes and had them in Eternal version... Then i don't know...
He would've probably being able to own Hagoromo, and Hamura, and Madara, and Kaguya, and Hiruzen Prime, and Tobidara, and Yata Mirror (ok, now i am just trolling...)

I considered making a thread asking if people still believe the Sharingan to be superior the Rinnegan, but I didn't bother. It's abundantly clear to the Rinnegan is far superior, as demonstrated by Madara, Hagoromo, and Sasuke. And further expressed by the databook station the Rinnegan sees through all Genjutsu (if you believe in the datebook that is, not the most reliable thing).
