Makes Sense but remember there is one thing that your missing... Senju blood without that EMS is EMS it needs the Body of the Sage to reach the Eye's of the sage. Only person to unlock the Rin from Ems was Madara before he died so he already had the cells.

He has both body and eyes to reach all levels needed.
