Okay so this thoery maybe a little far fetched but I'm going with it anyway. Recent manga just proved the "Tobi has MS" theories true but now leaves a giant question mark as to how he he's had it for so long. It's a fact that any Uchiha that awakens their mangekyou sharingan slowly loses their sight after constant usage, even slower for those that rarely use it. Now where I'm getting at is that Tobi probably found a way negate the effects of the mangekyou sharingan with Senju DNA. Or it could just be that he kept his right eye reserved to use inzangi for drastic measures instead of using Kamui to keep his light. He does have dozens of sharingan activated eyes so he could easily replace/swamp right eyes. Back to the theory, I'm not sure but I think I remember Tsunade saying that Tobi(Believed to be Madara at the time) must have been using Senju DNA to increase his life span and Senju DNA with Uchiha DNA leads to greater power. My example Madara. He maybe be edo but his power scale has increased beyond measure with Hashis' DNA.
1)He gained his wood style kekkei genkai
2)Possibly awakened his rennigan with it
3)His jutsus are on a greater scale
4)And if he wasn't edo and still alive he'd probably have bijuu mode naruto chakra times 2x
Another benefit with Senju DNA to Uchiha is that they are then capable of using inzangi a powerful doujutsu that requires both DNA's. I think that with Senju DNA to a natural sharingan user the effects will be canceled out, if not completely at least for a long period maybe a decade or two.
Anyway this is may theory, bash/flame me if you will but I will continue to stick by it and I used the serch bar and have not found a theory like this so(I may have used the wrong words but still found none) I'm posting mine. If there's a plot hole in this theory at all tell me and I'll disreguard it but if not :scorps:
