The thing that can beat a tailed beast is Amateratsu. Who needs susanoo when you can just burn the nine tails on sight.

Till it's shown being used on Kurama if ever i don't think it will have the same effect on him as it did the 8 tails..Kurama is very fast and is more mobile then the 8 tails was cuz of it's mass
