The one who tracked Jin Obito is EMS Sasuke boosted with double Kuarma cloak and the one he tracked was flying Jin Obito who isn't necessarily faster than V2 Ay .anyway ,Sasuke still cant react physically to Ay blitzes in order to land his attacks.still Ay can blindside Sasuke with him unable to react physically and turn around .Ay still can't break through Susano .so I amnot sure who would win .
