I'm not a big Sasuke fan but he rapes >_> Amaterasu pretty much ends this fight. Amaterasu kills: Jiraiya, Tsunade, Edos (Pretty much can't regenerate while they are burning for that long) and might get Orochimaru but he can Oral Rebirth out of it... but not for ever.

Tsunade is a non-factor. Jiraiya has no way around Sasuke Enton clovered Susano'O and Orochimaru gets beaten with Genjutsu.
Sasuke will decapitate them long enough that being an edo will no even matter. Once, that is all said and done the victory will be in his favor. I have yet to see anyone put up an argument for the sannin.

Given the knowledge stipulation, the Sannin do have some key advantages over Sasuke. Knowledge of Amaterasu means Jiraiya will have Ma use her dust cloud to block line of sight, and knowing about Susano'o means Ma and Pa can use Frog Call to stun Sasuke and force him to let it down. Sasuke's knowledge of Gamarinsho doesn't even matter since the genjutsu takes to long to be of any use in an area where Jiraiya can't hide. It will never even come into play.

Sasuke still takes it though, more due to his spam happy mindset than anything else. His intent is to kill. Even an in character Sasuke would use Amaterasu off the bat, and as long as he tags Jiraiya before he uses the dust cloud or Frog Song, he takes it as the other Sannin are complete and utter worthless fodder in this fight. Since he knows about the Frog genjutsu, he should be more inclined to target Jiraiya as well. If he doesn't and the dust cloud comes up, he simply goes for PS and curb stomp.

Sasuke stomps scenario one-even without PS
Scenario 2 is very tricky only due to Tobirama.(who is far stronger than any of the sannin individually) I think Sasuke beats tobirama alone, but with the help of 3 other kage level ninjas, they may be able to win.

This is basically my exact thoughts on the matter.

Sannins with Mid Diff, don't over-rate Sasuke

Tsunade, the weakest Sannin did way better than Sasuke against Madara who had both Rinnegan Eyes

Oro solo's with ET anytime though

If you weren't a illiterate, you would know that the revived Madara is far stronger than his Edo counterpart, as has been stated. Madara didn't even use Rinnegan offensively against them due to it lacking power because of his Edo body.

Sannin wins low diff, SM Jiraiya and Byakugou Tsunade is too much for Sasuke, let alone Oro

You mind telling me how? What does Tsunade or Oro even have to offer? None can get past Susano'o and can only prolong their death. The one worth considering is Jiraiya and Sasuke can fry him before he even does anything.

Sasuke broke out of Itachi's Tsukuyomi (master of genjutsu) which is an even stronger genjutsu than Frog song.

Also, a genjustu of that caliber will not work on an Uchiha such as Sasuke, who can also cast genjutsu.

Neither of the sannin are jinchuuriki so they will not break out of it so easily. The only person who will even be able to break out of it is Jiraiya because he has Ma and Pa, but Jiraiya has no way to even comprehend Sasuke's defense.
Also, he has shown genjutsu feats here.

Sasuke's genjutsu feats are not to be underestimated or looked over.
Sasuke wins this medium difference at most with his current feats.

Frog song temporarily paralyzes sasuke, but still he'll be in his susanoo or Ps...he won't be paralyzed for long so he can assault them after that

-tsunades byakugou is countered through AMA,, as the attack will constantly burn her thus rendering her healing useless,, and making her run out of it,, she also cant attack sasuke with her punches, as sasuke can coat his susanoo in enton,,which backfires it jus like it didd against Ay

-Regardless of jIraiya starting in SM,, its still not perfect as sasuke can flood the battlefield with enton,, and fire enton magatamas and susanoo arrows right on him,,, the summons are sitting ducks against amaterasu and are simply getting burnt,, Orochimarus snake based attacks are alrady known to sasuke and he would beat orochimaru in a similar way like he did in canon

-All the sannin also lack a powerful enough method to penetrate sasukes susanoo,, as V4 or above iis simply too much and also has large AOE attacks that sannin wont effectively evade,, thus giving sasuke the win,,,

Scenario 2 goes to sannin and tobirama,,
mainly due to the fact that tobirama can assist them with FTG, and help them evade everything sasuke throws at them
