Actually a Ay/Onoki combo can potentially win.

No they cannot their duo could not even destroy a legless susanoo compeletly.

A Ay/Onoki combo can dodge Sasuke's Amaterasu which is his fastest attack. Onoki's Jinton easily managed to destroy 25 legged Susanoo, so Sasuke's lone Susanoo shouldn't be a problem.

Besides, Onoki alone managed to paralyse 5 legged Susanoo easily by himself. In a combo with Ay, even without Jinton, if he touched Sasuke's Susanoo and paralysed it, it will leave him greatly open for any attacks.

Onoki never paralysed susanoo thats your fanfic not to mention sasuke's susanoo mobility is way to much for onoki to handle and dealing with Edo Madara legged susanoo isnt impressive because edos are weaker than the alive version of themselfs gaara without the 1 tails was able to defend against 5 susanoo swords

Madara was having a little trouble with the 5 kage. He was frustrated with Onoki when he saved the Kage on two occasions. The same Madara that one shotted EMS sasuke with his own sword then expressed disappointment that he couldn't dodge it. Saying EMS sasuke will beat the 5 kage is ridiculous.

Madara was toying with them until PS came out, and he completely stomped them with that. Madara didn't even need mokuton or the rinnegan or edo perks to use that.

EMS Sasuke handily wins. oonoki is the only threat to him, but with a bijuu+ sized PS with sword swings that can destroy a mountain and reactions to tag Juubito, oonoki goes down long before he can fire enough jintons to put sasuke in danger. The rest of the gokage follow oonoki shortly after.
